Our general pest control service includes: - Residual chemical application to all accessible internal areas using pet, food, and child-safe chemicals. - Cockroach gel bait application inside kitchen cupboards, under benches, and around electrical appliances. - Crack and crevice treatment using aerosols and/or insecticide dust.

We advise you to leave the premises during the treatment, especially if you are pregnant or have asthma. Pets should also be removed or kept in a separate room during the process.

Once the chemical has dried it's safe to re-enter the unit. This takes approx. 30 mins.

Move furniture about 1 meter away from the walls and ensure no food or food preparation items are left out.

You will receive an electronic service report inclusive of the chemical used, photographic proof of service and recommendations.

For low to medium pest infestations, one treatment is usually sufficient. Severe German Cockroach infestations may require a follow-up treatment 10-14 days after the initial one to disrupt the breeding cycle.

A chemical residual can last up to 6 months; however this can depend upon how many times a floor is mopped - water breaks down molecules in the chemical and continued mopping will shorten the life span of the chemical residual. Cockroaches can also be introduced after a treatment by a unit owner bringing items in from the outside like shopping boxes or food deliveries which have cockroaches or eggs in the packaging.
